Shikha Dhiman

Mohit Kumar

I am from Sonipat, Haryana, India. I earned my bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Swami Shraddhanand College, University of Delhi, India. Following my graduation, I pursued a master´s degree in Chemistry at the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, where my thesis was focused on the development of small molecules targeting the Bcl-2 family of proteins. In November 2023, I joined Prof. Dhiman´s lab as a Ph.D. student where my research involves exploring supramolecular self-assembly at liquid-liquid interfaces.

Riccardo Di Forti

My name is Riccardo Di Forti, I grew up in Palermo where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree and Master degree in Chemistry cum laude in the University of Palermo in 2023. I have passion for Organic Chemistry and did part of my studies in Namur, Belgium. Now I am a PhD student in the Dhiman research group at the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Germany. My research interests are the Organic Chemistry, Immune therapy and Supramolecular chemistry.

Dr. Surbhi Sharma

My Name is Surbhi Sharma. I grew up in India and obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at Rohilkhand University 2011 and my Master degree in Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University in 2013. I received my Ph.D. in Chemistry, entitled “Synthesis, characterization of new metal-based antitumor chemotherapeutic compounds and their biological evaluation” from Aligarh Muslim University. Afterwards, I joined postdoctoral research at Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), India ‘structural and temporal control in fuel driven self-assembled system”, in the supervision of Prof. Subi Jacob George. Later I joined as Assistant Professor at Department of Chemistry, Chandigarh University, Mohali, India in 2019. Now I am a Postdoctoral researcher in the Bioinspired Supramolecular Systems research group at the Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Germany.

Nadja Wunderling

I am Nadja Wunderling from Nuremberg, Germany and finished my B.Sc. in Biomedical Chemistry from JGU in 2022, working on the supramolecular polymerization of porphyrin-peptideamphiphiles in the group of Prof. Besenius. During my master’s I embarked on a research internship at Kyushu University, Japan supported by the DAAD-ISAP program. There, I joined the group of Prof. Goto working on transdermal drug delivery systems for nucleic acid drugs. In March 2024 I joined the Dhiman lab for my masters research internship working on the supramolecular self-assembly at liquid-liquid interfaces.

Lev Lukashev

I am Lev Lukashev, originally from Russland. I’m a bachelor student at Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität Mainz. My scientific interest captures realms of biology and chemistry, especially the antibacterial field. At Dhiman lab, I’m doing my bachelor project about Antibacterial activity investigation of supramolecular systems produced by liquid-liquid phase separation.
